COMBOS

Here are some basic Iori combos that work well against most opponents. Some basic pointers on his combos first of all...

Jumping Combos --> Your standard attacks for an average player
(These are when the the Stand C is FAR hitting ie. the downward slash)

Jump C/D, Stand C, qcb + C x3 (5 hits) <-- Your standard combo
Jump C/D, Stand C, qcf + C (3 hits) <-- 'A' version Yamai Barai DOES NOT connect, unless in corner (I Think?!?!!?)

(These combos are when the Stand C is CLOSE hitting ie: upward punch)

Jump C/D, Stand C, qcf + A/C (3 hits)
Jump C/D, Stand C, qcb + A/C x3 (5 hits) <-- your standard combo
Jump C/D, Stand C, hcb + B/D (4 hits)
Jump C/D, Stand C, dp + A/C (3-5 hits)
Jump C/D, Stand C, fwd + A, qcb + C x3 (6 hits) <-- variation of standard combo

(The Stand B and Stand C in the following combos must be CLOSE hitting ie. downward shin step)

Hook Kick, Stand B, fwd + A, qcb + A/C x3 (6-7 hits)
Hook Kick, Crouch A, fwd + A, qcb + A/C x3 (6-7 hits) <-- safer than the above, but less classy!
Hook Kick, Stand C, fwd + A, qcb + A/C x3 (6-7 hits) <-- sometimes misses

Running Combos --> Standard ground, run-in combos
(Any of the jumping combos can be done without the jump at the start)

Crouch B, Crouch A, fwd + A, qcb + C x3 (6-7 hits)
Crouch A, fwd + A, qcb + C x3 (5-6 hits)

Basic DM combos
(These require at least one stock of POW)

Jump C/D, Stand C, qcf,hcb + A/C (10 hits)
Jump C/D, Stand C, fwd + A, qcf, hcb + A/C (11 hits)

Hook Kick, Stand B, fwd + A, qcf, hcb + A/C (11 hits)
